Returns
We accept returns on most products within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
How to Request a Return:
Contact us at info@carnacglobalind.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item/size was sent. For exchanges, please email info@carnacglobalind.com with your order number and issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
First, check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@carnacglobalind.com.
Custom Orders & Sale Items
Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or incorrectly shipped.
